PILATES (Mixed Ability)

Focusing on improving power, strength, form, stability and flexibility, especially good for sports people. Helping to correct typical postural imbalances that cause muscles weakness/tightness and pain. Whether you are a cyclist, runner, ski-ing, swimmer or team player this class is the injury prevention you need.
