At The Training Works we have seen time and again that new year resolutions are easy to make and almost as easy to break.
Our 12 Days of Fitness will keep your on track through January and beyond.
Offering a focused programme of small group classes - in circuits, core & strength, yoga and Pilates - with motivational and nutritional support we will set you up with achievable goals and the healthy habits to smash them.
