Melissa Tarver
Owner and Founder of The Training Works, Melissa is a
specialist in Pregnancy and post natal training, Pilates and Personal Training for athletes and those coming back from injury or illness.
As a TW1 local, Melissa is often seen whizzing by on 2 wheels or 2 legs. As an avid cyclist and now swimmer she is in training for her first IronMan/Woman Comp later this year.

Charley Dakin
Charley is a Sports Rehabilitation Therapist and running coach with a keen interest in biomechanics.
Her treatment approach utilises education, manual techniques and functional exercise.
Charley also provide pitch-side support for the GB AFL Team in her spare time.

Emer McGuigan
Taking a dynamic approach when designing programmes for her Personal Training and
Rehabilitation Fitness clients, our newest team member, Emer also likes to incorporate fun to keep motivation levels up.
She specialises in treating clients that have a history of injury (knees being her thing) and will focus on strength-based exercises along with education, so they can return to their sport/hobbies.
Weekends see Emer pitch-side providing support for a local Rugby Team.

ONLINE
Personal Training, Circuits and Pilates Online via Zoom so that we can fully engage and interact with you while keeping you safe in an environment that you are comfortable with.
OUTDOORS
Personal Training and Saturday Circuits Outdoors.
We can use our free weights and equipment that has been hygienically cleaned.
Training in the park or a garden also means space so we can work on speed and stamina if that is part of your programme
AT HOME
Personal Training and Massage at you home or garden. Adhering to government and Public Health England guidelines we will bring our equipment to you.
