At the Training Works our aim is to build your physical health and improve your fitness levels so you can enjoy the ‘everyday’ every day.

At the Training Works all our practitioners take a holistic approach to diagnosis and offer a range of treatments tailored to your individual needs.

At the Training Works all our classes are intentionally designed to build strength, raise the heart rate, improve flexibility of movement while leaving you relaxed, reducing physical and mental stress.

Whether you are looking to try a new form of exercise to rebuild strength or flexibility, aid your rehabilitation from injury or rebuilding confidence after time out, our teachers will contact all new starters to make sure they are aware of your history and can advise and support you as part of your wider fitness programme.

Held in our light, airy studio, class sizes are limited to twelve so you are assured of expert guidance and relaxing experience.

You are unique and so are your nutritional needs. Our Sports Nutritional Therapist, Karen, will discuss with you your health history, performance goals, and current diet and training programme to devise a bespoke health plan to suit your needs.
